Engaged in private practice since 1976, after successful employment with the Appellate Division of the State of New York, his time is devoted to the litigation of Disability, Retirement and other Social Security matters both on the Administrative level as well as in the Federal Courts. Having handled thousands of these matters since 1976, his experience and expertise is broad based and quite extensive. He also is involved in the representation of clients having difficulties with their claims for long term disability. In addition, with Mr. Morris, he is a member of the management committee of the firm and shares in the responsibility for all aspects of the management of the office and direct supervision of all personnel and the case load of the firm. He is a past president of the New York Social Security Bar Association, and presently a member of its Board of Directors. He is the recipient of the Service Award by the New York Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society, in recognition of his outstanding commitment in providing programs of the highest quality to the chapter. He is a perennial speaker at the chapter's annual law day. Additionally, he is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR) and has served on its executive nominating committee. He has lectured before the New York State Bar Association, Veterans Groups, Unions and health organizations.

Engaged in private practice since 1976, his time is devoted primarily to the litigation of Social Security Disability, Retirement cases and Long Term Disability cases both on the Administrative level as well as in the Federal Courts. His experience as an attorney encompasses all facets thereof, having handled several thousand cases thus far in his career.
In addition, with Mr. Wagner, he is a member of the management committee of the firm, which bears the responsibility for all aspects of law office management and direct supervision of all personnel and the entire case load of the firm.
Mr. Morris is a Past President of the 3500 member National Association of Social Security Claimant's representatives (NOSSCR) and serves on its Council of Past Presidents. He has testified before the Subcommittee on Social Security of the United States House of Representatives Committee on Ways and Means on disability and other issues.
Mr. Morris is the Secretary/Treasurer of the New York Social Security Bar Association, and is a current member of its Board of Directors, having held this position for over 20 years.
Additionally, he has lectured before the New York State Bar Association, Veterans Groups, Senior Citizen Groups, Unions and other organizations.

Mr. Hall has been involved exclusively in the litigation and investigation of Worker’s Compensation claims since 1987 . He has been associated with our firm since 1992, responsible for all aspects of our Worker' Compensation department. Prior to his admission to the Bar, Michael gained valuable experience in claimants rights through his internship with the Office of the Attorney General in Boston, Massachusetts. He has worked with the Volunteer Lawyers of the Arts, a not for profit group assisting various public service organizations. Prior to his embarking on a career in Worker’s Compensation law, he had legal experience in the general practice of the law while associated with a major general practice firm in Queens County.
