Who we are

Richard P. Morris is a past president of the 3,500-member National Association of Social Security Claimant's Representatives (NOSSCR) and serves on its Council of Past Presidents. He has testified before the subcommittee on Social Security of the United States House of Representatives Committee on Ways and Means on disability and other issues.

Michael Wagner is a past president of the New York Social Security Bar Association, and presently a member of its board of directors. He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR) and has served on its executive nominating committee.

Michael Hall has twenty five years of experience in representing clients before the Worker's Compensation Board. He has extensive experience in both handling trials before the Worker's Compensation Board as well as negotiating settlements benefiting our clients
